Juice : On the residential weekend, we made fresh veggie juice for people who were fasting.  Being somewhat hardcore, I did a water fast.

I love these windows. : They make the room look sort of like a church.  Yoga can be a very physical thing, but it is also an intellectual and a spiritual practice.

Shrine in the hot yoga room : I think a small shrine like this in a Yoga room is important to make a sacred space.
